We started Urbanox because real estate advice in Noida deserved better. Most “property consultants” work for builders. We work for the family signing the cheque.

The story

For years, the Noida buyer’s experience was the same — a dozen brokers calling at once, the same five projects pitched as “exclusive,” and no one asking what you actually wanted.

Urbanox Capital was founded to change that. We built a small team of advisors who treat property like wealth advisory: fewer clients, deeper homework, longer relationships. Today we work with families, NRIs, and investors across Noida, Greater Noida, and Greater Noida West — usually on referral.

We’re not the biggest. We don’t want to be.

What we believe

Buyer-first, always.

Our brokerage comes from the builder, but our loyalty is with you. If a project doesn’t fit, we say so — even if it costs us the sale.

Specifics over slogans.

Carpet area, FAR, builder financials, legal title, comparable resale prices — every recommendation comes with the numbers behind it.

The deal isn’t the finish line.

Possession, fit-outs, rental tenanting, exit advisory — we stay on the file long after the registry is done.
